a succubus is a female demon that has sex with mortal men. i forgot why, probably to curse them or something. it's definately a female demon. and an incubus is the male version. that's most likely where she got her name from

or from the south park episode...

I didin't know exactly what a succubus was I just saw it in a book the other day and it listed it as a band that started a satanic cult or something to that extent.

here's the REAL story...aaron (the_reverend) and i met at a concert and stuff..anyhow, he told me to sign up on the message board...so when i was debating on what to pick...i wanted something metal...and it was also sort of an inside joke between us...but yes..i got it from the female demon that has sex with a man while he sleeps. I'm no vampire or anything like that =)
