I don't know. That dude plays a mighty good creep in pretty much every movie I've seen him in.

Checking it out at the Drive-in tonight. If anything, it'll be an excuse to throw a few back in a lawn chair in the great outdoors.

I plan on going tonight with a mob of about 30-40 people. The movie is gonna suck, but the experience should be epic.

make sure you get blackout hammered and ruin the movie for anyone who still might enjoy it.

We did this when the Jason remake came out. We filled the last four and a half rows. There was constant banter and yelling at the characters through the whole movie. Standing ovations after every death. Though we got most of the theater laughing at our antics, there were still a couple poor fucks who were all "hey guys we're trying to watch a movie here!"

People were coming up to us after the show telling us that our ridiculous presence made the movie much more enjoyable.

Although I kinda want to do the same to the phish movie, because I think we could actually RUIN it for people there.

I had read that Englund was asked, but he declined saying that he's getting too old and if they wanted to reboot, it should be a full reboot with a new actor.

Too bad reviews are fairly negative, I have/had an interest... I love NoES :/

This was actually good. Way better than the F13 remake and a thousand times better than both of the Halloween remakes.

B+ for not fucking this up hollywood

Holy fuck this movie sucked. They made Freddy into some FSU tough guy with really unwitty one-liners. He had absolutely no personality. Half the scenes were directly ripped off from the original except they looked alot worse, and none of the deaths were interesting or original (only 4 people died, and two of them didn't really count anyway). And they got Freddy's background all wrong and made him a lot less of a creep than he originally was. Plus instead of trying to be scary, they just had that stuff pop out at you bullshit. Fuck this movie.
