As far as the legal situation goes let's examine the evidence at hand.
A bunch of faceless Chinese guys attacked a car with a license plate that was unreadable from the distance it was taped from. These faceless Chinamen were then beaten with a bat by another faceless individual. So it becomes a question of who wants to press charges on who: the Chinese guys facing vandalism and battery charges, or Rafael Belliard who got his car vandalized but definitely has assault/driving to endanger charges coming his way?
Oh, and I forgot the most promising lead... the Chinese guy's name was Chan. |
