google says to completely unplug everything and let it chill for 15 mins then hook it all back up and it should be good to go.
but im at work so I cant try right now.

If I cycle to a different HDMI port on my TV to watch cable while my 360 is still on, then cycle back to the 360, I see the message "Secure HDCP link restored," so I think there's something to what arktouros said.
