I have an IPhone and am kind of a geek with play counts and all that. So - I recently updated the software on my phone and it seems as though the play counts have stopped registering when I sync to ITunes...? Up until I updated the software all of my IPods/IPhone were updating counts fine and seems to only be my phone that has changed. I've tried Google'ing and what have you and it seems to be a problem since the new software - anyone aware of how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!
Don't have it. Also if it helps, when I plug my phone in - it looks as though the plays are on the phone but never transfer to my ITunes as though they are seperate from my library...? I listened to an album 7 times and on my phone it says 2 plays if that makes sense.
