Lunar: Silver Star. Working Designs game for Sega CD. Awesome JRPG, back when Working Designs was competing with Squaresoft in the American Market. There was another game produced by them called Vay which was an underrated game.
Anyways, this was an item that was included with the Playstation version when you preordered it.
