Eric Paone lost three of his six guitars, including his Kerry King Flying V signature series electric guitar and nearly $3,000 in other equipment, in a a raging house fire Friday night in Newton, New Hampshire.
The fire broke out shortly after 5 p.m. and quickly went to four alarms, bringing more than 50 firefighters from 10 towns to the house where Paone lives with his girlfriend and his mother.
"I've got so much money tied up in shirts and memorabilia," Paone told UnionLeader.com, adding that he had "tons of rare" items related to the California thrash metal veterans SLAYER.
CANDY STRIPER DEATH ORGY earned a reputation several years ago for serving as local openers for every thrash and death metal band that came to the Boston, Masachusetts and greater New England area.
If you wish to help Eric in this time of need, you can send "gift cards and whatever else" to:

In all seriousness, that sucks, sorry about the cat.
Should have been you in that fire and your hosebeast girlfriend, Eric. I should have run away when you taped your balls to my tail.
Lame. Big time animal lover. This sucks. Anyone who finds humor in this is a thoroughbred F-word N-word B-word T-word L-word and no friend of mine.

there's no humor in the trollfaced girlfriend of my owner storing dragster fuel next to the pilot light. Stupid c-word b-word, I told him I was all the pussy he'd need.

yeah music and person aside this actually really sucks and I feel bad
Alex, you were playing against a stacked deck. C'mon kid, I've heard sooooo many stories about how wacked out that dude is.....and Im dustfartingly old.
you know, it sucks that a cat was lost, too bad it wasnt eric though. im sure his MOM is more pissed about the house than he is bummed about his artifacts of yesteryear
The first time I heard of CSDO was 1990. So he's been at this since he was at least 19? Time to give up the boyhood dreams and Seasons in the Abyss blood pack cd's.
Oh there's PLENTY of people that deserve to have their shit burned up. And many of those deserve to be burned up with it. Eric's just a tool, insurance or not, I still feel a little bad for the guy.

the fire dept could have saved the entire house but they had to sell 25 tickets first before putting out the blaze

He was 'at this' since even before that, and like him or not, deserves respect for keeping the metal coming for as long as he has.
to all who are goofing on this under fake names: Pussies. Doubt you'd be laffin it up online if the house you lived in burned down.
Yea, I don't care who the person is.. Anyone that has all of their shit lost in a fire deserves respect and good words. Shit sucks. CSDO isnt my cup o tea, but I do respect them in some regard due to how long theyve been at it, and they just dont give a fuck.
What's up everybody? Yup, it totally sucks when almost everything is gone... We were able to salvage some of our clothes, 3 out of 5 guitars, my Marshall stack (got all wet) some pictures and posters... Our house was big. We had one side and my mom had the other. It wasn't just Slayer stuff that was lost... D.R.I., Nuclear Assault, Megadeth, Wargasm, Meliah Rage, Judas Priest, Kiss, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Testament, Metallica, etc. Plus, all kinds of Drag Racing stuff and other things I've collected over the years... I'm really bummed about our kitty :( I'm glad that nobody else got hurt.
