Seriously, I would buy, or even build, a venue. It's been a goal of mine for a while now.

I know there was discussion about this on this board, but I figure $640 million would greatly reduce most of the problems owning a venue would normally have otherwise.

My coworkers and I went in on some quick picks

I'd buy the house from American Horror Story (it was recently on the market) and have it air-lifted to my block so I wouldn't have to change my address

Turn the haunted abortion basement into a haunted abortion venue so I'd never have to get a ride to a show ever again

My thoughts exactly. Paired with the recent news of 100 Best Buy locations closing down, I can only imagine that if the Everett Best Buy were to close down, that would be a perfect location to convert it into a venue.
