That dude had amazing balance..........to me, it looked like he was able to remain upright for a few seconds just after his brain was forced out of his left ear.
I dunno, I know it's hilarious to some but the dude is dead. Darwin yada yada, I can't laugh at this. And yes I do, in fact, have my period and require copious amounts of cranberry juice.
