This was a good local show. Kyoty did open and they were loud. No vocals hurt their staying power. Skrogg was loud and they sounded like southern rock band. Palace In Thunderland was weird because their songs are all over the place stylistically but they string them all together one after another so it was hard to tell where one song stopped and the next started. They just played straight for 40 minutes one thing into the next. I think I like them better than Black Pyramid even because they are less one dimensional and the vocals are a lot better because they all sing. The vocals are weird sometimes with Problem With Dragons but they were also pretty good.
