I cooked some rice.
Took some vegan chicken strips and some tandoori sauce that I let cook in a pan.
Then I put frozen spinach in a pot with some garlic, tofu, onions, and curry and other spices and let it simmer.

turns out it all tastes really good and my poops... let me tell you about those!
